On November 5th, 2019 I was elected to the Clarksville Town Council by the residents of District 4. I believe that to be effective, government must listen to those they represent.  I believe that my business experience in this community and long standing dedication and service to this community positions me to add significant value to our town. I look forward to demonstrating that commitment to those who live in and love our wonderful town.

A Little About
​Myself.

Born in Indianapolis and raised in Madison, Indiana I graduated from Madison Consolidated High School in 1974.  Shortly thereafter, in 1977, I met and married Tamara Yenawine who at the time lived in Parkwood Subdivision here in Clarksville but in the Jeffersonville High School district.  Together we had two daughters who we are extremely proud of.  Lyndsay is a nurse for the GCCS and Merideth works at Carmen Industries here in Clarksville.  Lyndsay married Tim Coombs also of Clarksville.  Between the two daughters we have two son-in-laws and 6 wonderful grand-children. 

We are members of the Northside Church of Christ in Jeffersonville, IN and I also work with the Salem Church of Christ in Bullitt County, Kentucky. 

We moved to our present home in the Parkwood Subdivision in December of 1989 and have lived there since. 

Recently retired, I worked in the Insurance Industry from 1979 through 2024 either as a direct agent, independent agent or in insurance management as a part of my duties as Safety Director at Sysco/Louisville Food Services.  I have managed and been managed throughout my career.

Currently Tammy and I sold our Mustain’s Insurance agency and retired to be even more active in our Clarksville/Clark County community.  We located our office here in Clarksville in 1996 to be closer to home and in the community we love.  We have been a part of the Clarksville Business Community since then.
